Refund Policy – Core Program

No refunds are FULL refunds except for instances where the league notifies a family that it’s unable to assign a waitlist player to a team or a Playground Soccer session.
When a player is registered, AYSO 300 automatically incurs an expense of $20 per player as a National Player Fee (“NPF”) paid to AYSO National. This $20 fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from all Qualifying Refunds processed.
When a player is registered, AYSO 300 also automatically incurs non-refundable credit card and processing fees on the transaction, so these processing fees will also be deducted from all Qualifying Refunds.
Refund requests should be made as soon as possible to registration@ayso300.org
For the Fall 2023 Season for registration in our Core program, a Qualifying Refund is any refund request received at registration@ayso300.org by August 1, 2023.  For the Fall 2023 Season, no refunds will be given after August 1st.
For the *Spring 2024* Season for “Spring Only” registrations in our Core program, a Qualifying Refund is any refund request received at registration@ayso300.org by April 1st, 2024.  No refunds will be given after April 1st.
No refund is given for “Fall and Spring” player registrations in which a player plays in the Fall but chooses not to return in the Spring. This is because the registration fee for playing “Fall Only” is the same as the registration fee for playing “Fall and Spring”.

For waitlist registrations, the registration fee will be fully refunded if the league notifies the family that it’s unable to assign a waitlist player to a team or a Playground Soccer session.

Being on the waitlist but not yet assigned to a team does not qualify for a refund unless it is before the refund deadlines listed above.
