Open Registration for the fall, 2010/spring, 2011 seasons has ended. Wait list registration is now open. Players submitting registration paperwork after the May 16 open registration deadline will be placed on the wait list with registration fees of $100 per player.
Please submit ALL requested paperwork (as noted below) to: AYSO 300, P.O.Box 74, Western Springs, IL 60558.
Player fees are $100 per player with checks being held until player placement. If paperwork is incomplete, wait list registrations will be returned NO EXCEPTIONS. This means that players are not eligible to be assigned to a team until all paperwork is complete.
YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING WHEN COMPLETING A WAIT LIST REGISTRATION:
Signed and dated PLAYER registration form(s)
Signed and dated VOLUNTEER registration form(s)
A valid copy of the volunteer's drivers license or State issued ID
A birth certificate for any U5 player or any new player to AYSO 300
Wait list registration fees of $100 per player. Checks made out to AYSO 300
Forgot to print or lost registration forms -- If you did not print or lost the volunteer and/or player registration forms after completing them on-line, you can now access them by clicking on the soccer ball below. Under 'Returning Registrants' simply enter your 4-digit family code and family e-mail address and log-in. Select 'view certificates' and print the registration forms that are needed.
NEW FOR 2010/2011 -- Would you like your child to be on a team with someone in particular? Volunteer as a coach or a referee. Up to one Head Coach, one Assistant Coach and one Referee can request to work together on the same team.
